Albuquerque Concierge Excellence - ACE

The ACE program objective is for front-line employee participants (graduates) of this single, three-hour training to come away with a much better understanding of what there is to see and do in and around Albuquerque AND better customer service skills. The curriculum has been developed through a partnership between CNM and ACVB. It is delivered monthly by hospitality professionals and held at various attraction venues within the Albuquerque area. Training times and days vary to accommodate the shifts and schedules of front-line employees.
