Albuquerque Concierge Excellence - A.C.E.

The A.C.E. program objective is for front-line employee participants (graduates) of this single, three-hour training to come away with a much better understanding of what there is to see and do in and around Albuquerque AND better customer service skills.  The curriculum has been developed through a partnership between CNM and ACVB.  It is delivered monthly by hospitality professionals and held at various attraction venues within the Albuquerque area.  Training times and days vary to accommodate the shifts and schedules of front-line employees.

See what attendees of a recent A.C.E. Class had to say:

"Very interesting, learned a lot about Albuquerque that I previously didn't know!"

"I came to this program with no knowledge of what it was about, so I found it very valuable & gained a lot of new knowledge from it. It was time well spent!"

"Training provided a lot of information about visiting Albuquerque & how to provide great customer service & exceed guest expectations."

"I thought it was an interesting presentation, which also gave people enough time to share thoughts and suggestions amongst the whole group of people. Well done!"
