Gwyneth's Edible Adventures: Cuisine

Go Traditional

To make the most out of your meals in Albuquerque, I suggest ordering the most traditional dishes on the menu. That means blue corn enchiladas, served stacked instead of rolled, made with ground beef, red chile, chopped onion, melted cheese…and a fried egg on top! For a treat you won’t find anywhere else, try a burrito made with carne adovada—pork slowly braised in savory red chile. It’s tender, moist and addictive.
