Local Green Initiatives
Public awareness throughout the city is key to conserve our
resources. Mayor Martin Chávez and the city have worked hard through
various facets to preserve our natural resources. Projects in water,
recycling and waste, trees and sustainable land use are currently
underway to further our goal of a sustainable future.
