Entry rules

• ACVB will be offering a drawing once a quarter through June 20, 2011. Quarterly drawings are as follows
  • July 1, 2010 drawing for groups that book by June 30, 2010 and hold their meeting by June 30, 2011
  • October 1, 2010 drawing for groups that book by September 30, 2010 and hold their meeting by September 30, 2011
  • January 1, 2011 drawing for groups that book by December 31, 2010 and hold their meeting by December 31, 2011
  • April 1, 2011 drawing for groups that book by March 31, 2011 and hold their meeting by March 31, 2012
  • July 1, 2011 drawing for groups that book by June 30, 2011 and hold their meeting by June 30, 2012
• Only valid for new RFPs issued, meeting the requirements above
• Minimum room nights on peak as well as total room nights are based on a verifiable three-year group history
• For groups with a minimum of 150 room nights on peak and a total of at least 325 room nights, the two activities cannot exceed $1,000 total. Group will be responsible for costs in excess of $1000.
• For groups with a minimum of 500 room nights on peak and a total of at least 1,500 room nights, the chosen activity cannot exceed $4,000 total. Group will be responsible for costs in excess of $4000.
• Ballooning is not valid during Balloon Fiesta, October 2 – 10, 2010 and October 1 – 9, 2011
