Anasazi Fields Winery is located on the western edge of the old village of Placitas between ABQ & Santa Fe. The winery is surrounded by orchards watered by a spring-fed irrigation system dating back over 1000 years to a time when the Anasazi People farmed the Placitas Valley.
We produce fine, dry (not sweet), oak-aged table wines by slow, cool, sugar-starved fermentation of whole NM fresh fruits and berries. In addition we produce two dry grape based wines and an off dry Cranberry wine for the holiday season.
