ACVB respects the privacy of its partners and other
visitors to its website. ACVB strongly believes that if electronic
commerce and online activities are to flourish, consumers must be
assured that information provided online is used responsibly and
appropriately. To protect online privacy, ACVB has implemented the

What Information Does ACVB Collect?
Most
information ACVB collects is used only to help ACVB better serve you,
our visitors. It is our general policy to collect and store only
personal information that our partners and visitors knowingly provide.

special announcement placed on the website.
From General Users.
ACVB does not collect any personal information from users browsing its
website. Users to the public areas of ACVB's website browse anonymously.
Only aggregate data -- such as the number of hits per page--are
collected. Aggregate data are only used for internal and marketing
purposes and do not provide any personally identifying information.
From ACVB partners, and Other Customers. To gain
access to partners-only resources and personalization features on the
ACVB website, partners are asked to register and provide some limited
information. These data are submitted voluntarily, but are required for
access to partners-only sections. ACVB asks users to provide their name,
company name, business phone and e-mail. Similar information may be
submitted to ACVB through partnership applications, seminar
registration, publication orders and contest registrations.

partner Services and Response to Visitor Inquiries. Generally, ACVB
uses data collected to improve its own Web content; to respond to
visitors' interests, needs and preferences; and to develop new products

about you is known to ACVB only when voluntarily submitted or emailed to
us. We direct E-mail to visitors who provide us with their E-mail

Consent
to Use Personal Information. For the purposes of the Data Protection
Act(s) 1984 and 1998 (as applicable), ACVB or its agents must store,

supplied by the User when registering for this website. ACVB may send

personal information you have provided may be transferred and stored in
countries outside of the EU, including the United States. User supplies
as defined above when registering for the website in order to allow ACVB

Credit Card Account
Information. ACVB does not disclose credit card account information
provided by its partners and customers. When partners and customers
choose to pay using their credit cards, ACVB submits the information
needed to obtain payment to the appropriate clearinghouse.

ACVB
welcomes your comments regarding our services, including our Internet
